Terms of Service

Effective 20 September 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of ElecRoute. By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Provider and scope

FlashDev, s.r.o.
Bysterecká 2066/7, 026 01 Dolný Kubín, Slovakia
Company ID: 45 880 751 · Tax ID: 2023119439 · VAT ID: SK2023119439
Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, Section Sro, Insert No. 53616/L
Email: support@elecroute.com · Tel.: +421 904 929 520

ElecRoute is intended exclusively for persons acting in connection with their trade, business, craft, or profession (“Customer”). It is not offered to consumers. The person accepting these Terms represents that they are not acting as a consumer, have legal capacity, and have authority to bind the Customer. A company or VAT number is not required where the Customer does not have one.

The Service may be offered worldwide where permitted by applicable sanctions, export-control, and other laws. The Provider may refuse registration or use where providing the Service would be unlawful or create an unreasonable legal or security risk.

2. Contract, workspaces, and accounts

An agreement to use the Service is formed after the Provider grants access and these Terms are accepted. A paid subscription starts only when the workspace owner actively completes an order.

Each Customer uses a workspace that owns its projects, memberships, roles, and licences. An owner or administrator may invite employees, contractors, or trainees as Authorised Users. The Customer is responsible for their conduct, permissions, lawful use of the Service, and removal of access when it is no longer required.

Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. The Customer must provide accurate, current information, secure its accounts, and promptly report suspected misuse. The Provider is not responsible for loss caused by the Customer's failure to meet these obligations.

3. Service and licences

ElecRoute is a browser-based electrical-installation planning tool. It allows Customers to upload floor plans, place devices, draw cable routes, prepare distribution-board designs, calculate material quantities, collaborate, and export available project information.

Features described as beta, pilot, planned, or “coming soon” are not guaranteed parts of the Service. Mobile/offline site mode is not a contracted feature until it is released.

A Planner licence may be assigned to one user at a time. Licences may be reassigned among workspace members but must not be shared concurrently. The number of users with Planner access must not exceed the number of purchased licences. Free or view-only roles may have limited permissions.

4. Access, subscriptions, and payment

Access to the Service is currently provided individually after a demonstration and agreement with the Provider. Public self-service registration and an automatic free trial are not offered at this stage.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. The authoritative price, currency, taxes, billing period, and total charge are displayed before purchase in Paddle checkout. Website pricing is informational and should match checkout.

Orders and payments are conducted by the online reseller Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle sells access to the Product and handles payment, tax, invoicing, and transaction-related refunds under its Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice. ElecRoute handles Product access and helps route billing enquiries.

A subscription may be cancelled through Paddle's customer portal and ends after the paid billing period. B2B payments are non-refundable except where required by law, for a duplicate or erroneous payment, or where ElecRoute or Paddle expressly agrees otherwise. A duplicate live subscription detected by the system is cancelled and its duplicate transaction is refunded.

After a failed payment, editing remains available for a seven-day grace period. The workspace then becomes read-only until the subscription is active again. Customers will receive at least 30 days' email notice of an increase to an existing subscription price; the new price applies from the next renewal following the notice period.

5. Customer Content and personal data

The Customer retains ownership of floor plans, project data, notes, and exports submitted to the Service (“Customer Content”). The Customer grants the Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited-duration licence to host, copy, back up, transmit, process, and display Customer Content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service.

The Customer is responsible for having all rights, permissions, consents, and legal bases needed to submit and process Customer Content. The Customer must not submit personal data whose processing is unnecessary or unlawful.

Customer Content is not used to train artificial-intelligence models. The Provider may use genuinely anonymised and aggregated operational statistics to understand and improve the Service, but not identifiable project content.

Where the Provider processes personal data contained in projects on the Customer's behalf, the Customer is the controller and the Provider is the processor. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

6. Acceptable use

The Customer must not use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person's rights. In particular, the Customer must not:

  • bypass security, access restrictions, licensing, or Service limits;
  • share accounts, access data without authority, or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
  • introduce malicious code, disrupt operation, or place unreasonable loads on infrastructure;
  • copy, resell, lease, or make the Service available as the Customer's own product;
  • reverse engineer or circumvent technical measures except where mandatory law expressly permits it; or
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, sanctions, or export-control rules.

7. Professional responsibility

ElecRoute is an aid, not professional approval. It does not replace a qualified designer, electrician, inspection, standards review, or professional judgment.

The Customer must independently verify all dimensions, quantities, routes, devices, protective components, loads, outputs, and compliance with laws and technical standards. Suggestions, defaults, and warnings are informational and may not account for local conditions or every rule applicable to an installation.

8. Availability, maintenance, and Service changes

The Service is provided subject to current availability. Unless separately agreed in writing, there is no guaranteed service level or service credit. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, supplier failure, or events beyond the Provider's reasonable control.

The Provider may use limited technical error reports from the application to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Provider may change, improve, or replace parts of the Service. It will not arbitrarily remove material core paid functionality during a paid period; where reasonably practicable, the Customer will receive notice and a suitable opportunity to end the subscription.

9. Suspension, termination, and data after termination

The Provider may reasonably restrict or suspend access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security risk, unlawful use, or a binding government request. Where the risk permits, the Customer will receive notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

After access or a subscription ends, existing projects remain available for viewing and available exports, but editing is blocked. Available site-status recording may continue. Current exports include the bill of materials and circuit schedule in CSV format.

Project data is retained while the workspace exists so it can be viewed and exported. Permanent deletion of a workspace may be requested at support@elecroute.com. Statutory records and temporary backups may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, software, design, documentation, brands, and other Provider content belong to the Provider or its licensors. The Customer receives only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during the agreement in accordance with these Terms.

If the Customer provides feedback or suggestions, the Provider may use them without restriction or payment to improve the Service. This does not give the Provider rights in Customer Content.

11. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and as available. The Provider does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular installation.

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of business, or loss resulting from reliance on an unverified calculation or design. The Provider's aggregate liability for all claims connected with the Service is limited to subscription fees paid by the Customer during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that mandatory law does not permit to be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, or death or personal injury to the extent provided by law.

12. General terms

The agreement is governed by Slovak law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Slovakia. Conflict-of-law rules do not apply to the extent they would lead to another law.

The Provider will give at least 30 days' email notice of a material change to these Terms. If the Customer disagrees, it may cancel its subscription and stop using the Service before the change takes effect. A change required by law or addressing an urgent security risk may take effect sooner.

The Customer may not assign the agreement without the Provider's written consent. The Provider may assign it in connection with a reorganisation, sale of business, or transfer of the Service and will notify a material change. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. If one provision is invalid, the remainder continues in effect.

These Terms, the information shown at checkout, and any written Data Processing Agreement form the entire agreement for use of the Service. The Slovak version controls; the English version is a convenience translation unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@elecroute.com.
