Access is currently arranged individually after a short online demo. Email support@elecroute.com, and we will discuss your workflow and agree on the next steps. You then use ElecRoute in a modern web browser without installing or manually updating anything.

No. ElecRoute helps qualified people prepare a design, identify missing information and calculate materials. It does not certify safety or regulatory compliance; dimensions, protection, loads and the resulting design must always be verified by a qualified professional.

Your projects remain in your workspace. You can continue viewing them and using available exports, but new edits are blocked until the subscription is reactivated. You can ask support to permanently delete a workspace.

You can invite colleagues to the workspace for free and assign an appropriate role. Only people who design and edit projects need a planner licence. One person edits a project while everyone else sees the current version, preventing changes from overwriting one another.

ElecRoute supports PDF, JPG and PNG. For PDFs, you can hide unnecessary layers such as dimensions and set the scale from one known distance marked by two points. Each floor can have its own floor plan.

Each circuit has its own route from the distribution board through devices in the real cable order. Length is calculated from the floor-plan scale, drawn segments, rises and drops at individual points, and configured end allowances and waste. Coincident lines from two circuits are not automatically treated as a shared route.

ElecRoute prepares a bill of materials with cable grouped by type, allowances and waste, plus device quantities including a room-by-room view. Available tabular data, such as the bill of materials and circuit schedule, can be exported to CSV. The distribution-board design can be printed or saved as a PDF.

Yes. A project can contain several floor plans, each with its own geometry, devices and routes. The bill of materials is then totalled across the project while still allowing you to inspect an individual floor.

You can arrange components on DIN rails, work with breakers and RCDs, and inspect phase loading. ElecRoute can provide suggestions based on cable and load data, but these are not professional approval and the result must be checked by a qualified person.

No. Floor plans, routes, notes and other project content remain Customer Content and are not used to train artificial-intelligence models. They are processed only as needed to operate, secure, back up and support the service.
